Announcement for students wishing to benefit from an academic leave
The Vice-Rector of the University in charge of undergraduate and graduate higher education, continuing education, diplomas and graduate training, informs students wishing to benefit from an academic leave for the academic year 2022-2023, that the deadline for the submission of applications is from 30 October 2022 to 30 November 2022. No application will be accepted after the deadline, whatever the reason given.
Documents in the application :
– Application form for academic leave 
– Certificate of registration for the current year (original)
– Student card (original)
– Library card (original)
– Copy of the baccalaureate transcript
– Any document justifying the academic leave (medical certificate, maternity leave, national service, etc)
Cases benefiting from academic leave:
– Chronic illnesses
– Long-term illness
– Maternity leave
– National service
– Family commitments (related to ascendants and/or descendants, travel of spouse or parents related to the job…)
