The service is responsible for :

• Preparation of specifications
• Preparation of presentation reports for submission to the Contracts Committee for approval
• Launching calls for tenders
• Preparation of the tender opening session (when applicable)
• Preparation of the technical specifications evaluation session
• Preparing the tender evaluation session

Posting of the provisional award notice

• Preparation of contracts and contracts of successful suppliers
• Preparation of the service orders for the start of the various projects;
• Follow-up of the implementation and equipment projects until final acceptance

The construction and equipment programmes focus on :

• Implementation of educational and support infrastructures
• Implementation of scientific research infrastructure
• Rehabilitation and securing of educational infrastructure
• Exterior development of the educational infrastructure
• Development of the experimental farm
• Renovation and maintenance of gas, electricity, water and heating networks
• Acquisition of office, scientific and computer equipment
• Construction of staff housing
