From independence to the present day, Algeria has established many constitutional institutions and government agencies interested in developing programs, policies and strategies aimed at achieving development of all its dimensions, and has enacted many laws and legislation related to development applications.
Sustainable development has become an international demand in light of the economic, political and social transformations taking place in the international community, so Since independence Algeria has been paying attention to social, economic and environmental dimensions related to development.
This raises the question of the most important developments algeria has experienced from independence to the present day on development in its legislative and institutional aspect.
